While I don’t fully agree with that statement, I agree finding the home you want at your preferred price and terms on the MLS can sometimes be very frustrating. Many homebuyers believe they can only purchase homes that have a “For Sale” sign in the yard, but that represents just a fraction of what is actually available. A great agent not only provides professional representation for homebuyers but can also “manufacture inventory” when the “perfect home” is not actively listed on the MLS.
