A Look into Luxury – 05-12-2024

The luxury home market in Arizona continues to perform well as we transition into the slower season. Since May 1st, an additional 41 homes sold for $3 million or more, bringing the total for the year to 286.

This week, demolition work commenced on a home that will be ready before the start of the school year.

Here’s what we like about it:
It’s located in the McCormick Ranch Neighborhood of Paradise Park, just north of Cochise Elementary School and Mountainview Park.
