Sereno Canyon Estates - Things we liked Best
Last Thursday, I had the pleasure of attending the VIP Grand Opening Party for the new Model Home at Sereno Canyon – Estates Collection. I returned for the official grand opening on Saturday.
Here are the three things I loved:
1. The Outdoor Kitchen: As a cooking enthusiast, the outdoor kitchen was among the best I’ve ever seen. It includes a smoker, pizza oven, flattop grill, traditional grill, sink and prep area, and multiple beverage refrigerators. The pergola and TV enclosure, built to last a lifetime, were made from welded steel. The area was finished with granite countertops and ample cabinet space.
2. The Pool/Yard: The beautiful negative edge pool with water features, multiple sitting areas, low maintenance landscaping, another TV and beverage center, and a pool house/guest house create a stunning outdoor oasis.
3. Indoor-Outdoor Living: With two giant retractable doors and spacious covered patios, this home is an entertainer’s dream, allowing guests to enjoy the amazing Arizona weather.

Grand Elegance: A Single-Level Sanctuary with Soaring Ceilings and Luxurious Amenities

- Square Footage: 4,000 – 5,750 sq. ft.
To give you an idea of what this amazing home offers, I recorded a quick video walkthrough of the Sunburst Model Home. It’s important to note that builders typically incorporate every possible upgrade into the model home, resulting in a base price of approximately $3M, with upgrades valued at about $3M, bringing the total price to around $6M.
