Over the past week, 16 more homes sold for $3 million or more, bringing the year-to-date total to 376. Additionally, one more home priced at $10 million or more sold, raising the total to 15.

Across the board, the inventory of luxury homes has decreased dramatically, which aligns with this being the slowest time of the year. With temperatures soaring to 110 degrees, many luxury home buyers are currently in other parts of the country or the world.

As existing inventory sells, it is not being replaced with new listings. Consequently, the availability of homes priced over $10 million and $14 million is now similar to levels seen in December of 2023.
