I took last week off to enjoy Easter. Over the past two weeks, 31 additional homes were sold for $3 million or more, bringing the year-to-date total to 179. The inventory of homes priced at $3 million or above decreased by 8 to 716, while the number of homes under contract rose by 14 to 189. In the same period, two new homes valued over $10 million were sold, and the inventory of these homes increased by three to 87. As of 2024, Arizona has yet to see any homes sold for over $14 million, but the number of homes under contract in this price range has increased to six, and the inventory has decreased to 46.
