Over the past week 19 more homes sold for $3 Million or more in Arizona keeping us on pace of more than 64 homes per month.  The number of homes under contract decreased by 24 and the inventory of homes available for sale rose by 8 to 704.  One more home sold for more than $10 Million bringing that total to 12 and that home was also the second home to close for more than $14 Million matching the total for that category for all of 2023.  With 5 more homes at or above $14 Million still under contract 2024 is shaping up to be a very good year for that category of homes.
