Luxury Market Update: 05-12-2024
The luxury home market in Arizona continues to perform well as we transition into the slower season. Since May 1st, an additional 41 homes sold for $3 million or more, bringing the total for the year to 286. This reflects an average of 63.56 homes per month. Inventory for homes priced at $3 million and above has decreased by 31 to 696, down from a high of 733 on April 14th. However, this number still represents a 61% increase from December 2023.
The segment of homes selling for $10 million or more saw an increase of one sale, totaling 11 for the year, or an average of 2.44 per month, which is an improvement over last year. The highest tier, homes that sold for $14 million or greater, remains steady with one sale this year, and an additional home was listed, bringing the total to 47. This is a 57% increase from December 2023.
